This interview wasn’t easy, mainly because the applicant was not a native speaker. His Czech was okay but not good enough to have a normal conversation. The guy studied at a medical school but never worked in health care. He moved to Spain, where he worked as a waiter and masseur. After some time, he met a Czech girl and followed her to Prague. It wasn’t the brightest idea ever because she soon dumped him and left him on his own. He was an experienced masseur, no stranger to all kinds of massages, so I gave him a job.
