I was walking around a really beautiful natural park when I saw a guy catching tan on a bench. He had a nice shirt on, so I got interested. It turned out that he was a financial advisor waiting for a client, who didn't show up. They were supposed to discuss a mortgage application, but I guess the client changed his mind. With the economy going down, mortgages aren't exactly in high demand anymore. The guy was struggling because his salary took a great hit this year.
