I love my job as a real estate agent. It's difficult to find an affordable apartment in the capitol and that makes things easy for me. I often meet twentysomethings looking for a flat. They all want to live alone but can't afford it. This man was exactly the case. He loved the big apartment and talked about putting the extra space to good use. Then we got to the rent and my fat commission. The poor dude couldn't pay that much up front and looked all sad. That was when I came up with a brilliant idea how to solve the situation. The guy was incredibly greedy and didn't mind saving money in exchange for doing something naughty. He was straight and wasn't exactly thrilled about the stuff, but I simply had too much money. It cost me a lot, but I got everything I wanted from this handsome slut.
