This was the most pleasant interview in months. Finally, an applicant who had experience and knew exactly what he wanted to do. It was so refreshing to have a chat with this intelligent and well-spoken young man. He had plenty of jobs in the past but skipped between them a little. He never stayed anywhere for too long. It wasn't easy to keep the discussion on track, we talked about all sorts of things, but eventually I offered him a job.
