This poor dude was nervous the whole time. Having a conversation with him was a bit difficult but eventually I got all the information I needed. He had plenty of experience in constructions, so I offered him a pretty sweet job at a company that built roads. I was interested in the guy but also worried that my naughty offers would scare him away. Well, he couldn't afford our mediation fee, which made things a lot easier.
