I haven´t seen such a happy and easy going guy for a long time. At least not at my office. He looked kind of like a hippie, except that he wanted a job. He mentioned a few interesting sports as his hobbies, which made me very curious. Just to test his shyness, I asked him to show me his abs. He did it, no shyness at all.
